contact me if you are having difficulty. Students who have come to me
for help and spent time to work through the class materials have successfully
passed the class.
Office Hours:
I have found the best way to
answer questions is spend time in Bexell 324 (or the basement computer
labs). That way students can, work on a computer, and I am available if they
run into a problem. Office hours or not, you
are welcome to drop by my office (Bexell 406)
anytime. If I am there, I will help you.
If my office hours are not convenient, or you don't find me in my office
by simply dropping by, you may request an appointment. Either before or
after a class, we can agree on an appointment time, or you can send me an
email message requesting
an appointment and suggesting times that will work with your schedule.

EMAIL OFFICE HOURS:
I monitor email from work and home. Quite often I can help you
through email or on the phone. I can access your classwork folder
remotely while talking to you on the phone and often can help you on the
