BA 272 provides students with foundational skills in the
disciplined development of business application software. These skills are a
prerequisite for success in course BA 371. They are also required for
professional success in business application system analysis, design, and
project management. The software development environment used in BA 272 is Microsoft
Visual Studio .NETŪ and the Visual Basic .NETŪ programming
language, an exceptionally productive and effective development platform which
is widely employed in enterprise computing.
