The MECOP program sends students on two six-month internships in industry. This link leads to the home page of the MECOP program at OSU.
Important dates for MIS students thinking about MECOP:
- MECOP Internship Information Night, Tuesday, October 2nd, 6 p.m. Bexell 323. Presenters: Gary Petersen and Dave Sullivan
- MECOP Application Deadline: October 5, 5:00 p.m. Covell 140. Submit electronic application online from the MECOP website.
- Resume and business interview presentation, Tuesday, October 9th, 6 p.m. Bexell 323. Presenters: Susan Chandonnet and Dave Sullivan.
All first and second year students in the MECOP program are required to enroll and attend a one-credit BA 407 that prepares them for their internships. The following links lead to more information about the BA 407 requirements, lecture syllabus, lab syllabus, and presentation schedules.
- Junior, and Waitlist (Students who have not yet been on an internship.)
- Senior (Students who have completed one internship or who are currently out on their first internship.)
- Graduating Senior (Students who have completed two internship or who are currently out on their final internship.)
