Tom Krippaehne is managing partner of the consulting group at Moss Adams LLP, based out of Seattle, Washington. Moss Adams is a 1600 person CPA/Consulting firm based on the West Coast. Tom leads the firm’s technology consulting practice serving all industry groups.

Tom has been practicing for over 25 years. Tom earned a B.S. in Finance from Oregon State University and went on to obtain his M.B.A from the University of Washington. Tom began his career in 1980 as an auditor with a Big-4 firm, Price Waterhouse, and then moved into management consulting. He has been with Moss Adams since 1990. He practices in many industries, including energy, manufacturing, professional service firms, government, and with logistics organizations. Tom specializes in governance, policy, planning and analysis.

Tom has worked extensively on medium- to large-scale projects both with middle market and Fortune 500 clients. Representative clients include Microsoft, Lincoln Financial, Bonneville Power Administration, Schnitzer Steel, Blount, Inc., Sonosite, WatchGuard Technologies and QPass. Over the years Tom and his team have developed many IT methodologies and specialties, moving clients towards best practices and structured controlled financial systems and reporting environments.
